Contact & support

WhenMath is built and maintained by a small, independent team. There is no live chat or phone support, but every message sent through the address below is read.

What to include for a calculation report

If a result looks wrong, the fastest way to get it fixed is to include the exact tool page, the exact inputs you used, the result you got, and what you expected instead. A screenshot of the result and its calculation audit is genuinely useful here; a general "this seems off" is much harder to track down than the specific inputs that produced it.

Accessibility barriers

Describe the page, the assistive technology or input method you were using (screen reader, keyboard only, voice control, and so on), and what happened versus what you expected. See the Accessibility page for the standard this is measured against.

Privacy and data requests

Because WhenMath does not require an account and does not store your calculation inputs on a server, most privacy questions are answered directly on the Privacy page. If you have a question that page does not answer, or a specific data request, email privacy@whenmath.com directly.

Suggesting a new tool

WhenMath's engine list is deliberately curated rather than open-ended: a new tool is only added when it solves a materially different timing question from everything already on the site, not a keyword or unit variant of an existing one. A suggestion that names the specific decision you were trying to make, and why an existing tool did not cover it, is the most useful kind.
