Convert between fixed-length elapsed-time units: seconds, minutes, hours, days, and weeks. A "day" here always means exactly 24 hours, not a calendar day, since calendar days can vary with daylight saving; for calendar-based conversions see Date & Calendar Math.
Worked example
90 minutes to hours: 90 x 60 seconds = 5,400 seconds, divided by 3,600 seconds per hour, is 1.5 hours. 2.5 days to hours: 2.5 x 86,400 seconds = 216,000 seconds, divided by 3,600, is 60 hours. A week is always 168 hours (7 x 24), regardless of any daylight-saving transition that might fall inside it.
Fixed units, not calendar units
Every unit here is a fixed multiple of a second: a minute is always 60 seconds, an hour always 3,600, a day always 86,400, and a week always 604,800. A calendar day can actually be 23 or 25 hours in a zone that observes daylight saving, and a calendar month has no fixed length at all, which is why calendar-based conversions live on Date & Calendar Math instead of here.
Limitations
This converts fixed elapsed-time units only; it does not convert calendar months or years, which vary in length.
