Worked example
From Monday to Friday of one week, excluding Wednesday twice (a duplicate entry) still only removes Wednesday once: the business-day count goes from 4 to 3, not from 4 to 2, since a date is either excluded or it isn't, regardless of how many times it appears in your list.
Limitations
