Worked example

From Monday to Friday of one week, excluding Wednesday twice, a duplicate entry, still only removes Wednesday once, so the business-day count goes from 4 to 3, not from 4 to 2, since a date is either excluded or it is not, regardless of how many times it appears in the list.
